Privacy policy
This is a low data site. Madera Woodworks Co no longer takes orders, no longer processes payments, and no longer maintains a customer database. The privacy footprint is intentionally narrow.
What we collect
If you email hello@madera.com.au, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any metadata your mail provider attaches to the send. That correspondence is stored in our mail provider's systems and retained for a rolling twelve months unless the conversation relates to a press or licensing matter, in which case we keep the thread on file as a business record.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, and no embedded third-party widget on the page. If your browser shows any cookies on this domain they are set by Cloudflare for security and traffic shaping purposes, not by us.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard request logs that include IP address, user agent, request path and response status. These logs exist for security and reliability. We do not use them for profiling and we do not export them into a marketing system.
Third parties
The site has no embedded third-party scripts. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, no Meta or LinkedIn tag. Outbound links go to publicly indexed pages on other websites and we have no control over those sites' privacy practices.
Your rights
If you have ever emailed us and would like the correspondence deleted, write to hello@madera.com.au with the subject line "deletion request" and the email address you used. We will confirm and remove the thread.
